Players who have made their debut this season have managed to perform and impress the crowd and everyone. One of them is Sakib Hussain, who made his debut for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on April 13 in Hyderabad.
The 21-year-old pace bowler picked up four wickets in the match against the Rajasthan Royals (RR) and led the team towards their second victory of the season. It was an incredible win for the Ishan Kishan-led team since they played quality cricket in the match against RR.

Sakib Hussain reflects on struggles and breakthrough IPL moment
Sakib Hussain opened up on the financial struggles he went through in his life during his early cricket years. Due to financial constraints, the player couldn't afford spike shoes during his childhood, which is important for pace bowling. Hence, his mother helped him follow his dreams.
"Spike shoes are quite expensive. If we buy them, where will we get the money to eat?" said Sakib Hussain in the video. Meanwhile, his mother opened up about their financial situation and mentioned that she had to sell her jewellery to support him. "He came home and cried and told me that he doesn't have shoes then how will he play. I didn't have money to buy shoes for him. I sold my jewellery to buy shoes for him," said Sakib's mother.

Sakib Hussain impresses with standout performance on IPL debut
The 21-year-old player picked up his first wicket in the SRH vs RR match in the very first over of his IPL career. He was phenomenal with the ball, putting constant pressure on the batters. He also went on to concede just 24 runs in four overs and claimed four wickets in the game. Along with him, Praful Hinge also picked up four wickets.
SRH struggled in the starting matches of the league but has made a solid comeback under Kishan. The young batter has led the team really well, keeping up the energy high throughout the game. He also scored 91 runs in the match against RR.
