In Match 13 of the 2025 Shpageeza Cricket League (SCL), Boost Defenders defeated Mis-e-Ainak Knights by 6 wickets at the Kabul International Cricket Stadium. Defenders chose to bowl first and restricted Knights to just 154 runs in 20 overs. Arab Gul was the main man with the ball (3/22), and both Abdullah Tarakhail and Azim Zadran were credited with one wicket each to keep the run rate in check.

For the Knights, Afsar Zazai scored 34 from 26 balls, aided by Wafiullah (20) and Farmanullah Safi (19), but the team was unable to gain momentum and lost wickets at regular intervals. Boost's tight bowling during the last overs kept them in the game throughout the innings.


In response, Boost Defenders chased the target easily to finish at 155/4 in just 16.5 overs. Captain Ibrahim Zadran led from the front, adding 65 runs off 44 balls, and Wasim Akram chipped in with 48. Bilal Ahmad Tarin finished it off with an unbeaten 28. with this win, Boost moved to second in the table, while Mis-e-Ainak stayed first even with the loss.
