[Watch] IPL 2026: Priyansh Arya and Preity Zinta reach out to fan hit by six and invite him to Dharamshala match on May 11
Priyansh Arya and Preity Zinta reach out to an injured fan after a six-hit incident, inviting him to the Dharamshala clash on May 11.

Punjab Kings co-owner Preity Zinta and opener Priyansh Arya won the hearts of millions of fans after they reached out to the fan who got injured in the previous match against the Rajasthan Royals (RR). While sitting in the stands, an old fan, Krishan Chand, was hit by a ball that went for a six off Arya's bat. Blood started to come out heavily, and he was taken to the nearby hospital.
The match was PBKS' first loss of the season as they had kept their winning streak going for six matches. However, RR broke their momentum and handed them their first defeat of the IPL 2026. The loss wasn't much of a worry for PBKS as they are sitting at the top of the points table with 13 points under their name.

Priyansh Arya and Preity Zinta joined the Zoom call with Mr Chand and assured him that they were happy that he was fine. They also invited him to watch the match in the stadium once again in Dharamshala on May 11. Arya mentioned that he would go to visit him if he failed to come to the stadium.
"Come to Dharamshala to watch the match or else if I go to Chandigarh, then surely I'll be there. Come to Dharamshala. We would love to invite you to Dharamshala and this time, we will make a helmet for you so if any ball comes, you are safe and secure. I'll feel very good," said Preity Zinta.
