During The Hundred 2026 clash between the London Spirit and MI London at Lord’s, Will Jacks grabbed a stunning catch at the boundary rope, where he kept his eyes on the ball till the end and held his balance beautifully as it went viral on social media platforms. 

It’s worth noting that Jacks took an exceptional catch at the boundary line in the first innings of the game. It could turn out to be the catch of the competition as MI grabbed their victory in the London derby and made their way to the second position of the points table.

On the 49th delivery of the first innings, Nathan Sowter went with a floated delivery around the off stump as Lhuan dre Pretorius, having celebrated his half-century, played an expansive shot to the long-off region as Jacks leaped to take the catch at the boundary rope.

Will Jacks was overbalanced and had to steady himself. He ensured that his left foot was not touching the ropes when he flicked the ball in the field of play as the momentum took him over the boundary ropes. The ball was far away from him as he stepped inside the field of play and ran in front a bit and dived full length to take the one-handed catch.

While grabbing the one-handed catch, Jacks tumbled down as this could go down as one of the best catches of the season so far, as Pretorious was dismissed for 52 runs off 28 balls, thanks to five boundaries and three sixes.

How MI London beat London Spirit in The Hundred 2026

The London Spirit posted a decent score of 160 runs for the loss of five wickets in their allotted 100 balls as Pretorious slammed 52 runs while England's David Willey nailed 31 runs in 18 balls thanks to three boundaries and a pair of sixes, while James Coles clubbed an unbeaten 30 runs in 23 balls.

In reply, MI London completed the chase by four wickets with six balls to spare. Their middle order contributed three knocks of more than 30 runs, including Sikandar Raza’s superb knock of 32 runs off 16 balls, thanks to four sixes.
