England are back to Test Cricket. While this Test seems to mark the end of an era, the change in guard seems to be taking place. Stuart Broad has retired and James Anderson is going to be joining him shortly taking away buckets of experience from the bowling attack. With the bat, England are going in without Jonny Bairstow, who has been in indifferent form yet again. Mark Wood is also being left out with an eye on managing his workload for the future. With the ball, Jack Leach continues to stay out leaving England with some new spinners to try.
West Indies are coming in with some fond memories of England. They have won a Test apiece on their last two visits here and beat England at home in their recent Test series. They are on a high after beating Australia at the Gabba in their last Test and will believe that they are a Test side more than able to compete.

James Anderson
Lords is going to be all about one man. James Anderson, at 700 wickets, gets ready for his Final Test where he started his career. He is eight wickets away from Shane Warne and Anderson will be eager to go out on a high after carrying England on his shoulders for so many years.
Shamar Joseph
While one quick bows out another makes his way in. Shamar Joseph was phenomenal in Australia. He had Steve Smith under a lot of discomfort with his bowling and was the primary reason behind the Gabba win. He is at another iconic stadium and will be hoping to breach through it and run in happiness once more.
England could be favorites with home advantage and a talented line-up.
