Watch: "Bizarre cricket" — Nasser Hussain slams Mohammad Rizwan's approach in humiliating loss vs England
Nasser Hussain slammed Mohammad Rizwan's "bizarre" tactical approach as Pakistan suffered a humiliating defeat to England. Here's what he said and how the Test unfolded at Headingley

The former England captain and renowned commentator, Nasser Hussain, has slammed the approach of Mohammad Rizwan when he was batting with the tailenders during the third day of the opening Test of the three-match series against England, which took place at Leeds in Headingley.
Rizwan has found himself under pressure in taking such decisions, where he took a single on the very first ball of the over and put the tailender batter under the bus, only to push the opposition side in front of the contest. That has never helped their side in such scenarios.
Nasser Hussain questions Rizwan's strike-rotation calls, calling his decision-making baffling
Hussain argued that a batter with the experience of Rizwan should have known better than to leave the number nine batter against a bowler who had been operating in rhythm.

On the very first ball of the 32nd over of the innings, Rizwan clipped the fuller-length delivery from Ollie Robinson into the long-on region for a single to bring Khurram Shahzad on strike. Shahzad, on the second delivery, got an outside edge as Jordan Cox grabbed a simple catch in the slip region.
“Bizarre cricket. When you're batting with the No. 9, Rizwan has played 46 Test matches and is a senior batter out there, the only batter out there. To expose the tail to five balls from Robinson makes no sense. Excellent catching from England. Rizwan watches on from the non-striker’s end.” Hussain slammed Rizwan as the video went viral around the social media platforms.
Pakistan suffer a humiliating defeat to England as their batting collapses once again at Headingley
Pakistan had a nightmarish time with the bat in the first innings when they were bundled out for 171 runs, with Abdullah Shafique being the only half-centurion in the department when he smashed 161 runs. Their bowlers couldn’t do well and gave away a lead of 238 runs in the first innings.
Their batters failed again in the second innings and were bundled out for 135 runs in just 37.3 overs, with Rizwan being the highest run-getter individually with 41 runs. Robinson, Josh Tongue, and Jofra Archer picked up three wickets each.
The tourists faced their sixth massive defeat by an innings and 103 runs in the contest, while this was the fourth-lowest number of balls (514) they faced in a Test match for losing 20 wickets in the encounter.
Brief Scores: England 409 (Harry Brook 91, Ali Usman 5/95) beat Pakistan 171 (Abdullah Shafique 61, Josh Tongue 5/46) & 135 (Mohammad Rizwan 41, Ollie Robinson 3/29) by an innings and 103 runs.
